Pantovigar is a combined vitamin remedy used for diffuse hair loss, stimulating growth and strengthening the structure of hair and nails.
Release form and composition
Vitamins Pantovigar are produced in the form of capsules: gelatinous solid, body - white with a cream shade, lid - dark green; the diameter of the capsules can vary from 6.7 to 6.9 mm, the length - from 19.1 to 19.7 mm; the capsules contain a powder of light brown color with a specific odor (15 pieces in a blister, in a cardboard box 2, 6 or 10 blisters, in a cardboard box 2 boxes of 10 blisters).
Active ingredients in 1 capsule:
- keratin - 20 mg;
- para-aminobenzoic acid - 20 mg;
- cystine - 20 mg;
- calcium pantothenate (vitamin B 5) - 60 mg;
- thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B 1) - 60 mg;
- medical yeast - 100 mg.
Additional components: colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, talc, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone.
The composition of the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, gelatin, indigo carmine, iron dye yellow oxide, purified water.

Pantovigar is a complex of vitamins combined with ingredients of natural origin. The product replenishes the deficiency of trace elements and vitamins in the body, necessary for nutrition, restoration of the structure and growth of hair and nails. The drug helps to strengthen the hair follicles, deeply penetrating into the cells of their matrix and changing the membrane permeability, increases resistance to negative internal factors.
The action of a multivitamin preparation is due to the properties of its active ingredients:
- keratin (the main structural protein of hair): prevents dehydration of hair, gives it elasticity, strength and healthy shine;
- para-aminobenzoic acid (vitamin B 10): exhibits a powerful antioxidant effect, it is necessary for the normal course of the processes of cleavage and utilization of proteins; lack of this acid leads to hair loss and early graying;
- L-cysteine (a sulfur-containing amino acid that is part of alpha-keratin): takes part in the formation of hair and skin, provides the production of keratin and procollagen, activates the absorption of iron and zinc in the intestines, is a powerful antioxidant;
- calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B 5): has an anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect, reduces the need for hair follicles in oxygen, activates the synthesis of keratin, as well as other hair components; does not show toxicity;
- thiamine (vitamin B 1): normalizes the processes of skin regeneration, reduces the susceptibility of hair follicles to stress factors and hypoxia, plays an important role in the flow of energy metabolism, improves nerve conduction;
- extract of medical yeast (a natural source of amino acids, B vitamins and trace elements): has a positive effect on the intestinal microflora, ensuring the complete absorption of vitamins and minerals in the intestine; does not lead to weight gain.

Since the Pantovigar effect is a cumulative action of the components that make up it, the implementation of kinetic observations is not possible.
Indications for use
- degenerative changes in hair structure due to chemical exposure, solar and ultraviolet radiation;
- diffuse hair loss of a non-hormonal nature;
- violation of the structure of the nails.
Contraindications
- childhood;
- I – II trimesters of pregnancy, lactation period;
- hypersensitivity to the constituents of the product.
You can use Pantovigar in the third trimester of pregnancy only after consulting a specialist.
Instructions for use of Pantovigar: method and dosage
According to the instructions, Pantovigar is taken orally with meals. The capsules must be swallowed whole, without opening or chewing, with a small volume of liquid.
Adults are recommended to take the drug 3 times a day, 1 capsule. The average duration of therapy can be 3 to 6 months. If necessary, prolongation of treatment or repetition of the course is allowed.
Side effects
- digestive tract: nausea, flatulence, vomiting, abdominal pain;
- cardiovascular system: increased heart rate;
- allergic reactions: urticaria, pruritus;
- others: increased sweating.
Overdose
Until now, cases of overdose of Pantovigar have not been recorded.

It should be borne in mind that hair formation is a rather long and complicated process and therefore it is required to take Pantovigar vitamins in recommended dosages regularly for 3–6 months.

Application during pregnancy and lactation
