Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
SniZtop is a dietary supplement of natural origin for year-round and seasonal allergies without sedation.
The effect of dietary supplements is due to the properties of its active ingredients:
- quail egg powder: contains ovomucoid - a special protein that affects the activity of the immune system, as a result of which the severity of allergic reactions decreases. Ovomucoid prevents the contact of the allergen with the cells of the immune system, thereby blocking the action of histamine (an allergy mediator);
- zinc: participates in various biochemical reactions - in the stabilization of cell membranes, in the processes of synthesis and breakdown of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and nucleic acids. It has immunomodulatory activity, due to which it ensures the normal functioning of the immune system.
The effect develops 15 minutes after taking the drug and lasts for at least 2 hours.
The efficacy and safety of dietary supplements SniZtop is confirmed by the results of clinical studies conducted at a California Medical Center in accordance with the requirements of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) and the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee.
Pharmacokinetics
Information on the pharmacokinetics of dietary supplements is not provided by the manufacturer.

SNiZtop, instructions for use: method and dosage
SNiZtop tablets are taken orally by chewing in the mouth until they are completely dissolved.

Adults are prescribed 1-2 tablets 3-4 times a day (no more than 10 tablets a day) for 1 month. If necessary, repeat the course.

Reviews about SNiZtop
Reviews about SniZtop are positive: the drug really effectively helps to fight the symptoms of allergies. The naturalness of the composition is noted. Additional benefits include:
- convenience of taking the supplement (chewable tablets do not need to be washed down with water, so you can take it anywhere);
- long shelf life, which is especially convenient for people with seasonal allergies (if tablets remain in the package, they can be used in the next flowering season);
- availability of basic recommendations for taking dietary supplements directly on the box (no need to re-read the instructions).
The cost of dietary supplements is estimated as quite high, but comparable to the latest generation of anti-allergic drugs. Many allergy sufferers trust the manufacturer (Switzerland), so they decided to try this remedy on themselves.
And although the instructions say that SniZtop is effective for allergies to dust, wool and pollen, there are good reviews from beauty salons, whose allergy symptoms were caused by cosmetic "chemistry".
