Iruksol is a dermatotropic antimicrobial external agent for the treatment of non-healing wounds of various etiologies.

Iruksol is a combined preparation, which contains the antibiotic chloramphenicol and the enzyme clostridyl pentidase.
It is the presence of enzymes in the preparation that allows you to quickly achieve cleansing from necrotic tissues, which are saturated with microbes, in the treatment of purulent wounds and trophic ulcers.
The active ingredients of Iruksol have antibacterial, antimicrobial, wound-healing and early-cleaning effects.
Prevents the development of infection, promotes epithelialization, promotes the cleansing and granulation of wounds, and also accelerates regeneration.
A distinctive feature of Iruksol from other antibacterial ointments is the ability to cleanse wounds of almost any etiology, the ability to remove necrotic tissues and small scabs without mechanical intervention, and soften large areas of skin that have undergone necrotic damage.

Release form

Contraindications

- Psoriasis;
- Fungal skin diseases.
Ointment Iruksol is not prescribed during pregnancy and lactation, as well as to children under 12 years of age due to insufficient research.
Instructions for use of Iruksol
Iruksol ointment is applied topically once a day with a thickness of about 2 mm. The wound surface must be pre-moistened. After applying the drug, the softened necrotic tissue must be removed when changing the dressing.
Often, to eliminate the possibility of irritation, zinc ointment is applied along the edges of the wound.
Iruksol ointment is not recommended to be used in conjunction with other topical preparations, due to a possible decrease in the effectiveness of Iruksol.

Iruksol has no exact analogues.
