Dr. Duraffour believes that similar processes take place in the body - on a full moon, part of the water from the intercellular space goes into the cells, and on the new moon it moves back, from cells to tissues. The "lunar diet" must be followed during the full moon and new moon.

On a full moon, you should consume a lot of water, its excess will be removed from the intercellular space and will no longer accumulate. This prevents fluid retention in the body. This stage of the diet begins 3 days before the full moon.

On the new moon, you need to eat vegetables. This promotes the active breakdown of fats, elimination of toxins, and improvement of metabolic processes in the body. This stage of the diet should be started 3 days before the new moon.

The "Lunar diet" is recommended to be carried out 2 times a month (during the full moon and new moon periods) for 6 days. If it is not possible to follow the diet for all 6 days, you can practice it 2 days a month - strictly on the full moon and new moon.

Advantages of the "Lunar Diet"

On the "Moon diet" for a month, you can get rid of 4-6 kg. This is the optimal rate of weight loss to reduce the risk of sagging skin.
