Anusol is a complex preparation for local therapy, which has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antiseptic, astringent, drying and antipruritic properties. By group, this drug belongs to antihemorrhoids. Anusol is produced in the form of rectal suppositories (suppositories for administration into the rectum). The active ingredients of this preparation are belladonna extract, bismuth tribromophenolate and zinc sulfate. After the introduction of the suppository Anuzol into the rectum, the effect of the drug appears in 15-90 minutes. The duration of the resorptive action (the effects of the drug after absorption into the blood) of ankaloids ranges from two to six hours.
Indications for use
According to the instructions, Anusol is used in the following cases:
- internal and external hemorrhoids;
- damage to the anorectal region;
- cracks in the anus;
- burning or irritation in the anal area;
- anal tingling sensation.

Anusole suppositories are used rectally, usually 1 suppository is prescribed two or three times a day.
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 7 Anusol suppositories.
