Pharmacological properties
Calm down - a multicomponent homeopathic remedy, the action of which is due to the properties of the active substances that make up its composition.
The drug demonstrates sedative and anxiolytic effects.
Indications for use
- irritability;
- increased nervous irritability;
- neuroses with cardiovascular disorders.
Contraindications
- children and adolescents up to 18 years old;
- pregnancy and lactation;
- glucose-galactose malabsorption, lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance (for tablets, since lactose is included in their composition);

Calm down, instructions for use: method and dosage
The homeopathic remedy is taken orally - sublingually (tablets) or buccal (granules).
The drug is recommended to be used daily in the morning, 1 tablet or 5 granules, at least 15 minutes before a meal. The granules should be kept in the mouth, the tablets - under the tongue, without chewing, until completely dissolved.
