Method of administration and dosage

For adult patients, the drug is instilled 2-4 times a day, 4-5 drops, for children - 3-4 times a day, 2-3 drops. The dose of Anauran and the frequency of instillation depend on the severity of the disease.
The duration of therapy is no more than 7 days.
Side effects
During treatment, local allergic reactions may occur, namely: peeling and itching of the skin of the external auditory canal, redness. After the drops are canceled, the side effects disappear on their own, no treatment is required.
A systemic effect is unlikely as the doses used are very small. Systemic side effects are possible only in the case of long-term drug treatment. Due to the absorption of neomycin, nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity may occur.
