Acting diet
The task of the actor is to keep himself in perfect shape. The closer a public event is, the more active work on one's own body becomes. First of all, short-lived and depleting diets are used, which give a quick but short-term result.
The "Actors' Diet" is a classic version of a temporary nutritional system designed for rapid weight loss. Losing weight occurs by reducing (sometimes significant) the calorie content of the daily diet, as well as the use of predominantly low-fat protein products, the nutritional value of which is low. In addition, the "Actors' diet" helps to remove fluid from the body, thereby reducing swelling and increasing skin elasticity.
"Actor's diet" is suitable for those who want to get rid of 2-3 kg of excess weight 4 days before an important event.
The menu of each subsequent day of the diet is different from the previous one, and the use of strictly regulated foods is allowed throughout the day. The first day involves eating rice and tomato juice and is a kind of preparation to help cleanse the intestines. The menu for the second day is made up of dairy products with a low fat content. The third day is meat, the fourth is wine.
A longer version of the diet - 14 days - involves a threefold repetition of the block from the 4 days described above + 2 additional days (wine and sour milk).
A pleasant surprise for those who are losing weight will be the ability to consume alcohol, which is atypical for the average diet.

Advantages of the "Actor's diet"
The main advantages of the "Actors' diet" are its short duration, the relative variety of the menu, and its effectiveness.
Rice and unsalted tomato juice help cleanse the intestines, improve its function and remove toxins.
Both protein days (second and third) are typical "drying", during which it is possible to reduce the percentage of body fat while preserving muscle.
Disadvantages and contraindications of the "Actor's diet"
The main disadvantage of the "Actors' diet" is the lack of vegetables in the diet. Although this is not critical for a short-term diet, the body will lack vitamins, minerals, and fiber - digestion will worsen, constipation and bloating are possible.
Like any nutritional system designed to reduce weight in a short time, the Actors' Diet does not promise long-term effects. Simply put, after a diet, in most cases, the weight will quickly return.
Due to the fact that the use of water is limited (the last day generally vetoes it), there is a high probability of dehydration, which means worsening of well-being, intoxication, and headache.
The diet is strongly discouraged for persons with impaired renal function and a tendency to constipation.
What foods are allowed?
Foods allowed during the "Actor's diet":
- boiled rice;
- tomato juice without added salt;
- low-fat dairy products;
- boiled or steamed lean meat (chicken or turkey fillet, rabbit, beef);
- wine (it can be replaced with freshly squeezed orange juice);
- cheese;
- green tea.
On different days of the week, a different set of products is allowed, which is described in more detail in the "Menu" section.
What foods are prohibited?
The "Actors' Diet" promises quick results in a short time. But the maximum effect can be achieved only if for 4 (or 14) days of the diet does not deviate at all from the proposed diet.
Salt is prohibited during the entire diet, water - on the fourth day.
Actor's diet menu
There is no strict menu for the "Actors' diet". The number of meals and its volume are unlimited, with a few exceptions.

The 14-day diet menu is slightly different from the one presented above. The first and second days of each 4-day block are still rice-tomato and sour milk, respectively. Next, we will describe the differences in the menu.
First block. On the third day, you must include fish in the menu. On the fourth day, you can eat either wine and cheese or grapes. In this case, it is better to choose dark grapes and red dry wine, and it is recommended to eat no more than 200 g of cheese.
Second block. The main and only dish of the third day is shrimp, which should be boiled or steamed. On the fourth day, you can eat only watermelon, but without restrictions.
Third block. On the third day, the creators of the "Actors' diet" recommend eating boiled beef, and on the fourth day there are only apples, raw or baked.
The menu of the penultimate day of the 14-day diet includes wine, and the last one - fermented milk products.
Useful Tips
Advice 1. Regardless of how effective the diet turned out to be, you should not repeat it more often than once every three months. This is due to an imbalance in the diet and, as a consequence, its negative effect on the body.
Tip 2. It is advisable to make tomato juice on your own: this is the only way to be sure of the absence of salt, preservatives and artificial additives.
Tip 3. Instead of white parboiled rice, it is better to choose varieties such as "Aquatika" or brown rice.
