Pharmacological properties

Pharmacodynamics

Combilipen tabs is a multivitamin complex. The properties of its constituent vitamins determine the pharmacological action of the drug.

Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble analogue of vitamin B 1 (thiamine). Takes part in metabolism, affects the conduction of nerve impulses.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a form of vitamin B 6. It stimulates the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, takes part in the production of blood cells and hemoglobin. Pyridoxine contributes to the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system, participating in the processes of synaptic transmission, excitation, inhibition, transport of sphingosine - a component of the nervous membrane, as well as in the production of catecholamines.

Cyanocobalamin - vitamin B 12, takes part in the synthesis of nucleotides, thus influencing intracellular processes. Promotes the formation of choline, and later on - acetylcholine, which is an important transmitter of nerve impulses. Vitamin B 12 is an important component for normal blood formation, growth, and development of epithelial tissue. It is involved in the metabolism of folic acid, the synthesis of myelin (the main component of the nervous membrane).
