Eco-cleaning will help preserve health
TV commercials have taught us for such a long time to a ruthless war on germs, promoting a whole arsenal of household chemicals, that we can no longer imagine a full-fledged cleaning without these means. However, after many years of intensive use of household chemicals by housewives, doctors sounded the alarm. It was found that the consequences of excessive enthusiasm for cleaning chemicals for the body can be no less destructive than the attacks of microbes, and even much more serious. Severe allergies, poisoning with volatile compounds, chemical burns of hands, dermatitis and eczema - this is an incomplete list of diseases caused by household chemicals. Thus, what was intended to preserve his health, in fact, causes him serious harm.
Does this mean that the best cleaning product is a broom, rag and bucket? Yes and no. On the one hand, nothing better than a thorough wet cleaning of the room has not yet been invented. On the other hand, although water is a universal solvent, it dissolves slowly and poorly for some substances, such as grease, rust or traces of black mold. How to preserve health and maintain the necessary balance? After all, the prospect of being overgrown with dust and dirt is not at all happy, and again, it is harmful to health. It turns out that a way out has been found. This is eco cleaning.
In fact, "eco-cleaning" is a new term for the well-forgotten old. Remember the fairy tale of the unforgettable Korney Chukovsky "Fedorino grief", like a careless but re-educated Fedora sang to her deserted dishes: "I will clean you with sand, I will pump you with boiling water, And you will shine like the sun again." These verses can be made the motto of eco-cleaning. At first, people who were allergic to household chemicals returned to it, and were surprised to find that most of the usual cleaning products can be safely thrown away. Ordinary laundry soap, baking soda, coarse salt (replacing clean river sand) can do almost the same thing, and at the same time preserve the health of both the hostess and her household.
But it is also not necessary to completely abandon the achievements of scientific and technological progress. There are tools that can make eco-cleaning more efficient. For example, steam cleaners. These devices, in which ordinary water steam is supplied under pressure, clean the most heavily soiled surfaces - the joints of the tiles in the bathroom, the notorious rim of the toilet bowl, the surfaces above the stove splashed with drops of frozen fat, and the like. Steam generators are a little expensive, but if you calculate the savings from unnecessary household chemicals, and even consider that they help preserve health, the benefits become obvious.
In any case, with or without steam cleaners, eco-cleaning is far more beneficial to your health than the thoughtless use of numerous chemicals.
