Release form and composition

Panzinorm forte 20,000 is produced in the form of enteric-coated tablets: round, biconvex, with a glossy surface, with a characteristic vanilla and bergamot aroma, the shell is from white to light gray (10 pcs. In blisters, in a cardboard box 1, 3 or 10 blisters; 10, 30 or 100 pcs. In amber glass vials, in a cardboard box 1 bottle).

Composition for 1 tablet:

• active substance: pork pancreatin [with enzyme activity of the components: lipase - 20,000 European Pharmacopoeia Units (EEF); amylase - 12,000 UUF and protease - 900 UUF] - 269.12-279.44 mg *;
• excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide;
• enteric shell: triethyl citrate, hypromellose, methacrylic acid and ethyl acrylate copolymer, titanium dioxide (E171), talc, simethicone emulsion, vanilla flavor 54286 C and bergamot 54253 T, sodium carmellose, macrogol 6000, polysorbate 80.

• lipase - breaks down fats by hydrolysis into fatty acids and glycerol, promoting their absorption and improving the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins;
• amylase - breaks down starch and other carbohydrates into sugars and dextrins;
• protease - breaks down proteins.

Thanks to the enteric-soluble protective membrane, active enzymes are released directly in the small intestine, where they begin to participate in the digestion of incoming food, contributing to a more complete absorption of proteins, fats and carbohydrates into the intestinal walls.
