Then add the chopped vegetables: carrots, celery, bell peppers, cabbage and tomatoes. Pour water slightly above the level of vegetables, add bay leaf, coriander, red pepper, remaining herbs and ginger.

Cook until vegetables are ready - 10-15 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Main ingredients:

  • 250 g onions;
  • 100 g of tomatoes or the same amount of natural tomato juice;
  • 100 g of celery;
  • 70 g white cabbage;
