Oily hair care comes down to regularly removing dandruff and sebum

Hair braids, hairstyles and styling can only look luxurious on clean, shiny and healthy hair. To be beautiful, a woman's hair needs special care - and this is especially true for oily hair, the peculiarity of which is increased sebum secretion of the hair ducts.

Caring for oily hair is reduced to the regular removal of dandruff and sebum from the scalp, using special products for this. Frequent washing of hair does not solve this problem - since frequent washing off of sebum irritates the glands, and, consequently, more intensive grease. It is recommended to wash your hair no more often than once every 2-3 days, and to reduce the fat content of your hair, arrange a so-called "dry wash" - wipe your hair with a cotton swab sprinkled with coarse flour. Also, rinsing from herbal infusions, disinfecting compresses, which reduce inflammation on the scalp, contribute to reducing fat content. The composition of 1 g of quinine and 3 g of tannin added to 100 g of vodka well reduces sebum secretion. Also, for rubbing into the scalp, you can use ready-made tinctures of calendula, green needles of fir, spruce, pine, peppermint, horsetail, oak bark, plantain, linden flowers, yarrow, St. John's wort, red rowan berries.

Hair masks also have a good effect. Mix vegetable oil and sea buckthorn oil in a ratio of one to nine, rub into the hair roots, walk for about an hour in a knitted hat and wash off with shampoo. Egg and sour milk masks perfectly help to reduce fat content. In the intervals between the "headwash" it is useful to rub lemon juice and aloe juice into the scalp, rinsing hair with water softened with vinegar or chamomile infusion.

For owners of long hair, it is not recommended to wear long hairstyles, blow-dry their hair, brush their hair frequently before going to bed, or

massage the head - all this causes a profuse sebum production, and care for oily hair will be more difficult.

In order to make care for oily hair easier, women suffering from oily seborrhea should limit their diet, excluding foods with an excess of fat, too salty and spicy foods, as well as spices (mustard, horseradish, pepper). Include lactic acid foods, cereals (especially oatmeal), fruits, vegetables in your daily menu - and this will be useful not only for the hair, but for the whole body.
