• peripheral vascular disorders and their consequences: intravenous or intra-arterial; 800–1000 mg daily in 0.9% sodium chloride solution or 5% dextrose solution with a volume of 200 ml for 28 days;
• diabetic polyneuropathy: intravenously; 2000 mg per day for a course of 21 days, after which the patient is transferred to receive Actovegin inside;
• treatment and prevention of radiation injuries of the skin and mucous membranes during radiation therapy: intravenously in an average daily dose of 200 mg in the intervals of radiation exposure;
• wound healing: intravenous 400 mg or intramuscularly 200 mg, depending on the healing process, the drug is administered daily or 3-4 times a week as an addition to local treatment with Actovegin in dosage forms for external use;
• radiation cystitis: transurethral 400 mg daily in combination with antibiotics; the rate of introduction of the solution is about 2 ml / min; the duration of the course is determined individually and depends on the symptoms and severity of the course of the disease.

Solution for infusion

Actovegin in this dosage form is prescribed according to the same dosage regimen as the injection solution.

Pills

Actovegin is taken orally with a small amount of liquid, without chewing, before meals.
