The ingredients are poured with boiling water for 1-2 minutes, the liquid is drained, diced lemon, sugar and water are added, boiled for 1-2 hours over low heat under a lid, after which it is infused for 12 hours. Drink 1 glass 2 times a day on an empty stomach.
Infusion of prunes, dried apricots and oatmeal Place in a thermos 3 pieces of each type of dried fruit, 1 tablespoon of oatmeal, brew with 1 glass of boiling water and leave for 2 hours. For children, the infusion can be diluted with water in a 1: 1 ratio. They drink the liquid, eat the berries with oatmeal.
Prune broth with oats

5 plums, 220 g of oats are poured with 2 cups of boiling water, boiled over low heat for about 30 minutes, filtered and taken 1 glass 2-3 times a day.

Infusion with hay Pour 100 g of plums and 2 teaspoons of senna herb with 2 cups of boiling water, cover and leave for about 12 hours. Drink ½ glass about 1 hour before breakfast.

4-5 plums are poured with 1 glass of boiled water and left overnight. After that, peel them off, grind to a puree state, add a little water (so that it does not burn), bring to a boil and allow to cool. Puree is added to curd, yogurt or porridge.

It is not recommended to store puree in the refrigerator, it is better to cook it immediately before use, and steamed dried fruits should not be stored in the refrigerator for more than 1-2 days.

Kefir with prunes

Recipe 1:

3 fruits are crushed, mixed with 1 glass of fresh kefir and drunk 1.5-2 hours before going to bed. The product can be used up to 3 times a week.

  • children up to at least 6 months of age are not recommended to take such funds, since the child's body is not yet ready for such products, their use is likely to bring him harm, not benefit (consultation of a pediatrician is always necessary);
  • children of all ages with anemia and / or a history of a number of chronic diseases.
