Formagel is an antiseptic and disinfectant drug.
Composition and form of release
They produce a colorless gel for external use with a characteristic odor, the active component of which is formaldehyde (formalin). Additional components: purified water, water-soluble methylcellulose.

Method of administration of Formagel and dosage regimen
According to the instructions, Formagel is used externally. The gel is applied only to the following areas: palms, soles of the feet, axillary region and between the toes. It is forbidden to apply the drug in other areas. If excessive sweating is observed throughout the body, it is not recommended to use the drug until the cause of the sweating is clarified. In this case, sweating is most likely caused by some serious genetic, infectious or cancer disease.
It is necessary to take a shower and then apply Formagel in a thin layer on the areas of the skin with increased sweating. On the interdigital folds and soles of the feet, the drug is applied for 30-40 minutes, on the palms and armpits - for no more than 20 minutes. Wash off the gel with warm water. After shaving the armpits, it is recommended to wait a day, after which only the drug can be applied. The average consumption of the gel per application is 4 g.
One application procedure is enough to reduce sweating for one to two weeks. In case of severe sweating, it is recommended to apply the gel two or three times in a row.
Storage conditions
Store the drug at room temperature for no longer than five years.
