Evenzym Evalar is a dietary supplement (BAA) to food, which is a source of proteolytic enzymes and an additional source of zinc, which promotes the breakdown of proteins and fats, improves digestion, and strengthens the immune system.
Release form and composition
The product is produced in the form of capsules: white, weighing 0.4 g (15 pieces in a blister, 2 blisters in a cardboard box and instructions for the use of Evenzyme).
The composition of Evenzyme includes: lemon balm extract, burdock extract, bromelain, papain, pancreatin, rutin, zinc oxide, amorphous silicon dioxide and vegetable calcium stearate (anti-caking agents), microcrystalline cellulose (filler); capsule shell - gellan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide (dye).
In 2 capsules (daily dose), the active ingredients are contained in the following quantities:
- enzymes: bromelain - 100 mg, papain - 126 mg, pancreatin - 320 mg; including enzymatic (proteolytic) activity - not less than 700 units of action (U);
- lemon balm extract - 30 mg;
- burdock extract - 40 mg;
- rutin - 40 mg (133%) * ¹;
- zinc - not less than 3 mg (20%) *.

Enzymes (enzymes) are involved in the course of all vital processes of the body. A decrease in the production and activity of these organic substances can cause the development of many diseases, including causing disturbances in the digestion of food. The need for enzymes is especially high with insufficient synthesis in the body of its own digestive enzymes, as well as with improper or excessive nutrition, leading to the inability to quickly assimilate a significant amount of consumed high-calorie foods. These disorders can cause the deposition of fat in the form of subcutaneous fat and an increase in body weight. Since enzymes are constantly destroyed in the process of vital activity, they must be continuously produced by the body or enter it from the outside.
The dietary supplement is a complex of highly effective enzymes of plant (papain, bromelain) and animal (pancreatin) origin, which help to improve the digestion of food and increase the effectiveness of antibiotics, as well as increase the content of the latter in the focus of inflammation.
The action of Evenzyme is due to the properties of its active ingredients:
- pancreatin: is an additional source of pancreatic enzymes, improves digestion;
- papain and bromelain: these are proteolytic enzymes of plant origin with the ability to break down fats and proteins; demonstrate resistance to the acidic environment of the stomach and show their effect, in contrast to enzymes of animal origin, already in the stomach - before the food enters the intestine;
- rutin: refers to antioxidants, improves microcirculation, increases vascular tone and decreases the permeability of their walls;
- lemon balm extract: normalizes the secretory activity of the digestive glands;
- burdock extract: helps to maintain normal metabolism;
- zinc: is a structural component of pancreatic hormone; one of the vital trace elements, takes part in the course of protein and nucleic acid metabolism, helps to strengthen immunity.
Indications for use
Evenzyme is recommended for use as a dietary supplement for food, a source of bromelain, papain and pancreatin and an additional source of zinc, to improve digestion processes, increase antimicrobial immunity and enhance the effectiveness of antibiotics during the period of taking the latter.

Reviews about Evenzim are very diverse. Some patients were satisfied with the effect of the drug and noted noticeable improvements after using it. According to their reviews, the dietary supplement removed the feeling of heaviness and discomfort in the stomach, helped with dysbacteriosis, normalized stool, eliminated belching, pain in the gallbladder and pancreas. Another group of patients, also noting the positive result of the use of enzymes in the composition of the product, indicated a short-term effect of the treatment, since immediately after the completion of the course, the previously existing digestive problems very quickly reappeared.
