Evalar is a general tonic drug.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - elixir: brown liquid with a specific odor, for example a sediment (100, 200 or 250 ml per bottle, 1 bottle in a cardboard box).
To prepare 1000 ml of elixir, use:
- sandy immortelle flowers - 1.2 g;
- hawthorn fruits - 2.5 g;
- St. John's wort herb - 1.5 g;
- coriander fruits - 1.2 g;
- kelp thallus - 2.5 g;
- rhizomes and roots of safflower Leuzea - 1.3 g;
- peppermint leaves - 1.1 g;
- deer antlers extract - 5 ml;
- plantain leaves - 1.9 g;
- rhizomes and roots of Rhodiola rosea - 0.8 g;
- pharmacy chamomile flowers - 0.8 g;
- rowan fruits - 3 g;
- licorice roots - 2.5 g;
- yarrow herb - 1.2 g;
- rose hips - 5 g;
- rhizomes and roots of Eleutherococcus prickly - 1.8 g;
- cranberries - 10 g;
- horse chestnut seeds - 10 g;
- Siberian pine cedar nut - 3.5 g;
- honey - 35 g;
- sugar color - 60 g;
- sucrose - 84 g;
- ethanol 95% - 350 ml;
- water - in an amount sufficient to obtain 1000 ml of elixir.
Pharmacological properties
Evalar is a combined herbal preparation. It has a general tonic effect, in addition, it has a beneficial effect on the nervous system, increases physical and mental performance.
Indications for use
Evalar is shown as:
- tonic to improve mental and physical performance, as well as in the complex therapy of asthenic syndrome;
- fortifying agent during the period of convalescence and as part of the complex therapy of acute and chronic bronchitis, as well as in the postoperative period in patients with surgical pathology.
Contraindications
Absolute:
- acute cardiovascular failure;
- renal failure;
- impaired liver function;
- alcoholism;
- traumatic brain injury;
- brain damage;
- deficiency of sucrase, isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
- age up to 18 years;
- pregnancy and lactation;
- increased sensitivity to the components of the drug.
Relative contraindications: impaired renal function of moderate and mild severity.
Instructions for the use of Evalar: method and dosage
Elixir Evalar is taken orally, 2-3 tsp, undiluted or diluted in 100 ml of water. It is recommended to take the drug 10-15 minutes before meals, 2 times a day.
Daily dose - 30 ml (6 tsp.)
The duration of therapy is 2-3 weeks. If necessary, it is possible to repeat the course after consulting a doctor. The interval between courses is 1-2 weeks.
Side effects
Allergic reactions may develop, if they occur, you should stop taking the drug and consult a doctor.
Overdose
There are no reports of overdose cases.

It is not recommended to take Evalar after 18:00 due to its tonic effect.
In patients with a high level of basal gastric acid secretion, taking the drug on an empty stomach can cause heartburn. In this case, it is advisable to take the drug after a meal.
Elixir Evalar contains at least 30% ethanol. A single dose contains up to 3.55 g of absolute alcohol. In this regard, it should not be taken in conjunction with drugs, the use of which is prohibited from drinking alcohol.
The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Shake the bottle before use.
Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and complex mechanisms
During the period of taking Evalar, care should be taken when driving vehicles and other complex mechanisms that require the speed of psychomotor reactions.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
According to the instructions, Evalar is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Pediatric use
The use of the drug in pediatrics is contraindicated.
