Release form and composition
The dosage form of the release is tincture: transparent, from red-brown to yellow-brown, has a characteristic odor (in a cardboard box 1 bottle of 15, 25 or 50 ml).
Composition of 1 ml of tincture:
- active substance: propolis - 100 mg;
- auxiliary component: ethanol 80% - an amount sufficient to obtain 1000 ml of tincture.

Instructions for the use of Propolis tincture: method and dosage
Method of application of Propolis tincture - orally, topically, externally, inhalation.
Inside, the tincture is taken 3 times a day, 20-60 drops added to 1 / 4-1 / 2 glass of water, in a course of 5-30 days (in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, the duration can be increased to 3-4 weeks).
Recommended scheme for other indications:
- superficial damage to the skin (microtrauma): treatment with a tampon soaked in tincture 1-3 times a day;
- chronic purulent otitis media: the introduction of a tampon soaked in tincture for 1-2 minutes into the ear 2-3 times a day, or 1-2 drops in the ear 3-4 times a day, the procedure is carried out after thorough cleaning of pus;
- chronic pharyngitis and tonsillitis: lubrication of the tonsils 1-2 times a day for a course of 8-15 days;
- chronic tonsillitis: inhalation of an aqueous solution of propolis tincture in a ratio of 1:20 1–2 times a day for a course of 7–10 days;
- periodontal diseases: the introduction of turundas soaked in solution into periodontal pockets for 5 minutes, the procedure is carried out after deep curettage;
- damage to the oral mucosa: rinsing with an aqueous solution of propolis tincture (15 ml of propolis tincture per 1/2 glass of warm water) 4–5 times a day for a course of 3–4 days.

Possible side reactions: a short burning sensation at the site of application of the tincture, allergic reactions (in the form of itching, redness of the skin, rash; withdrawal of therapy is required).
