Composition and form of release
The drug is produced in the following forms:

One capsule of the medicine contains 10.7 mg of Urolesan thick extract. Solids composition: 6.33 mg hop cones, 1.84 mg wild carrot, 1.46 mg oregano herb. In addition, the preparation contains 7.46 mg of peppermint oil and 25.5 mg of fir oil.
Additional components: talc, monohydrate, heavy magnesium carbonate, magnesium aluminometasilicate; disodium edetate, lactose, potato starch.
in the form of drops
Drops composition: 8 g / 100 ml of fir oil, 2 g / 100 ml of peppermint oil, 11 g / 100 ml of castor oil, 23 g / 100 ml of wild carrot fruit extract, 32.995 g / 100 ml of hop cone extract, 23 g / 100 ml oregano extract. The drops contain 60% ethyl alcohol.

100 g of syrup contains 4.3 g of Urolesan. Other components: tween-80, sorbic acid, citric acid, purified water, sugar syrup.
Pharmacological action of Urolesan
According to the instructions, Urolesan has a diuretic, antioxidant, antibacterial, antispasmodic, choleretic and diuretic effect. The drug is very quickly absorbed and, judging by the reviews about Urolesan, instantly relieves attacks of hepatic and renal colic, while enhancing the blood supply to spasmodic organs. The medicine, providing a mild sedative effect, promotes the removal of stones and sand from the biliary and urinary tract, increases the release of chlorides and urea. Instructions for use
According to the instructions, Urolesan should be taken orally before meals.
It is recommended to take the medicine in the form of drops three times a day. Adults 8-10 drops (15-20 with renal and hepatic colic) drops of the drug should be dripped onto sugar. The duration of treatment is from five days to a month. If necessary, repeat the course of treatment. A single dose for children from 7 to 14 years old: 5-6 drops of the medicine three times a day (for sugar).
According to the instructions, Urolesan in the form of a syrup is recommended for adults to take a teaspoon three times a day. With renal and hepatic colic, a single dose should be increased once to two tablespoons. The duration of treatment is from five days to a month. A single dose of the drug for children from one to two years old is 1-2 ml, from two to seven years old - 2-4 ml, from 7 to 14 years old - 4-5 ml three times a day.
Urolesan capsules for children over 14 years of age and adults should take one capsule three times a day. In renal or hepatic colic, a single dose should be increased once to two capsules. The course of treatment is from five days to a month.
