Inna Volovicheva's diet

The name of Inna Volovicheva is familiar to fans of the TV project "Dom-2". The girl lost 40 kg, and the weight loss process took place online. The audience was intrigued by this effective technique. The time has come, and Inna shared the nutritional secrets that ensured such an impressive result. From several diets, she took what she thought was appropriate and created her own diet.

The diet is based on a low-calorie diet.

You must adhere to the following rules:

  • exclude salt from the diet;
  • steam, grill, boil or bake food;
  • do not have dinner after 18:00. If you feel severe hunger, you can drink a glass of low-fat kefir, freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice, or eat a grapefruit;
  • take food at the same time;
  • arrange fasting days twice a week, during each of which consume only 1 liter of milk tea - tea brewed in milk of 1.5% fat;
  • exercise regularly, which not only helps you lose weight, but also prevents sagging skin.

A positive psychological attitude is also important.

Inna Volovicheva's diet takes place in three stages:

  1. Preparing for a new power system (approximately 7 days). Portions are reduced, prohibited foods are gradually eliminated from the diet.
  2. The diet itself.
  3. Correct exit from the diet (lasts the same as the diet itself). The daily calorie content of the diet increases gradually, new-old products are introduced one at a time in 1-2 days.

So that after the diet the weight does not return, the basic recommendations and restrictions should be adhered to in the future.
