The action of the diet, developed by the American nutritionist Dr. Michael Rafael Moreno, is based on reducing the calorie content of the diet, activating the metabolism and maintaining its high speed.

  2. "Activation". The diet expands a little, most of the calories are in the first half of the day. This is the time for food "zigzags": "hungry" days (1200 kcal) alternate with "satiated" (1500 kcal).

  4. "Maintenance".   • tea and coffee.

During the "Activation" phase, the following are added to the list of approved products of the first phase:

  • cereals;
  • grain loaves;
  • starchy vegetables.

The list of allowed products of the "Achievement" stage includes the list from the previous stage, and also adds:

  • sweet fruits;
  • dry wine;
  • black chocolate;
  • muesli bars.

The ration for the "Maintenance" stage consists of the same foods as for the "Achievement" stage. Once or twice a week, any deviations from the prescribed diet are allowed in one of the meals (barbecue, pizza, cake, etc.).
