Release form and composition

Linkas Lor is produced in the form of pastilles (orange / honey-lemon / mint): round, with a rounded bevel, flat-cylindrical, color from light brown to brown, the surface has slight irregularities, small air bubbles are allowed in the caramel mass (8 pcs.. in blisters, in a pack of cardboard 2 blisters).

Composition for 1 orange / honey-lemon / mint lozenge:

• active substances (in the form of a dry extract): vascular adatoda leaves (Adhatoda vasica Ness.) - 30 mg, licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) - 7 mg, fruits and roots of long pepper (Piper longum L.) - 6 mg, flowers of fragrant violet (Viola odorata L.) - 2 mg, leaves of hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) - 3 mg, rhizomes of alpinia galanga (Alpinia galanga L.) - 3 mg;
• auxiliary components: talc, sucrose, levomenthol, liquid dextrose (oligo- and polysaccharides, dextrose), eucalyptus oil, solid paraffin, lanolin, yellow beeswax, white soft paraffin, liquid paraffin; additionally for orange pastilles - anhydrous citric acid, orange flavor No. 655232; additionally for honey-lemon pastilles - anhydrous citric acid, lemon-honey flavoring No. 02420; additionally for mint lozenges - peppermint oil.

Since Linkas Lor is a combined drug, its pharmacodynamic effect is due to the properties of the herbal components:

• leaves of vascular adatode (Adhatoda vasica Ness.): contain alkaloids (vazicin, vazicinol and vazicinone), essential oils and vitamins; these highly effective compounds help to reduce the thickness and viscosity of the secretion, have a stimulating effect on the synthesis of surfactant, which improves the work of alveolar cells, increase the mobility of the cilia of the ciliated epithelium, activating mucociliary transport, and accelerate the discharge of sputum; have anti-inflammatory, bronchodilator, expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects (protect against bronchospasm caused by the influence of histamine);
• licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.): contain glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid, calcium and potassium salts of glycyrrhizic acid, essential oils, flavone glycosides, bitterness, vitamins and other compounds; have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating and anti-allergic effects;
• fruits and roots of long pepper (Piper longum L.): contain the alkaloid piperine; have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, expectorant effects;
• fragrant violet flowers (Viola odorata L.): contain methyl salicylate; have anti-inflammatory, sedative, antipyretic, antihistamine effects; soften cough, reduce irritation and promote the rapid discharge of phlegm;
• Leaves of hyssop officinalis (Hyssopus officinalis L.): contain diosmin; have diaphoretic, expectorant, antiallergic, antispasmodic and diuretic effects;
• rhizomes of alpinia galanga (Alpinia galanga L.) (large galangal): contain essential oils, galangin, camferid, alpinin have an expectorant effect.

Linkas Lor softens and soothes irritating dry cough, has a thinning effect on viscous phlegm, facilitating its discharge from the respiratory tract, has anti-inflammatory, bronchodilatory and antispasmodic effects.
