Dr. Seiler House Diet
The diet of a professional nutritionist, Dr. Anna Seiler-House, was developed by her for a hospital in Bern (Switzerland). At the heart of this food system is a decrease in the daily caloric intake of the diet.
The Seiler House diet is designed for a period of at least a month. There are three options for it, differing in daily calorie content: 1500 kcal, 1200 kcal, 1000 kcal. You can choose the most suitable option depending on your lifestyle, well-being and what kind of plumb line you need.

- heat treatment of dishes is carried out by dietary methods (boiling, steaming, baking);
- diet should be combined with moderate exercise, water treatments and massage.
The diet of Dr. Seiler House assumes a gradual exit, in duration it should be no less than the diet itself. Every day, you should slightly increase the daily calorie content, while continuing to limit the use of fatty, fried, sweet foods.
