Hollywood Diet
The diet was developed for Hollywood stars, whose shapes and proportions are admired by the whole world. Famous film actors ate exotic fruits, seafood, and expensive fish. Since the original diet is expensive, it was adapted for the general public, simplifying the diet, while the general principles remained unchanged.
The diet excludes salt, sugar, fatty foods. The intake of carbohydrates is minimized, they come only with vegetables and fruits (mainly citrus fruits).
The meal plan is designed for seven days, but depending on goals, health and willpower, it can be extended up to two weeks. The rate of weight loss with strict adherence to the recommendations is 5 kg per week.
A repeated course is recommended no earlier than three months later, since a prolonged absence of fats and carbohydrates in the diet can lead to metabolic disorders.

The virtues of the Hollywood Diet
The Hollywood Diet is rich in protein, vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants and enzymes. In addition, eating foods that have been gently cooked (steamed, baked, or boiled in a little water) are good for the digestive system.

Disadvantages and contraindications of the "Hollywood Diet"
There are almost no fats and carbohydrates involved in energy and plastic metabolism in the diet, so there is a breakdown, instability of mood.
The diet is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, not suitable for children. People with chronic illnesses should consult a healthcare professional before dieting.

Breakfast is always the same - half a grapefruit or two oranges, black coffee or tea.

Fourth day |
Lunch: egg, green celery and cabbage salad, black coffee. Dinner: 140-200 g of cottage cheese, stewed spinach or 100 g of grated carrots with lemon juice, grapefruit. |
The fifth day |
Lunch: egg, stewed spinach, black coffee. Dinner: 150-200 g of boiled chicken fillet, green lettuce, tea. |
Sixth day |
Lunch: 200 g of salad of orange, grapefruit, apples and nuts. Dinner: 150-200 g of beef, cucumber, tea. |
Seventh day |
Lunch: 200 g of vegetable broth, 150 g of chicken. Dinner: a glass of kefir, fruit salad. |
During the diet, you need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
Vegetable salads are seasoned with natural yoghurt without additives or lemon juice.
Useful Tips
Tip 1. Chicken eggs can be replaced with quail at the rate of 1 chicken = 2 quail.
Tip 2. The "Hollywood Diet" is more effective when combined with physical activity.
Tip 3. After the diet, add the usual foods to the diet gradually and in small quantities. Exit from the diet should be equal in time to the diet itself.
