Pharmacological properties

Badyaga Forte is a drug of combined composition, the action of which is due to the properties of its active components:

• badyaga is a freshwater sponge, the skeleton of which consists of a looped network of silica needles interconnected by spongin by organic matter. The badyaga skeleton contains organic matter, carbonates and phosphates. The therapeutic effect of badyaga is based on its ability to significantly stimulate the epithelium with crushed silicon needles, as a result of which the vessels expand. This process promotes the activation of blood supply, provides good bactericidal and resorbable activity. Badyaga has a warming effect, therefore its use is accompanied by temporary local redness of the skin;
• plantain extract - has a bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and wound-healing effect. Contains tannins, flavonoids, phytoncides, carotene, vitamins A, C, K;
• yarrow extract - has a hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, healing, antiallergic, antispasmodic, antioxidant and tonic effect.

When using the gel, the resorbing effect of badyaga is accompanied by the moisturizing, softening and healing effects of yarrow and plantain extracts.
