Lemons are useful for digestive processes: they stimulate the secretion of gastric juice, and their pectin contains pectin, which, when it enters the stomach, swells, creating a feeling of fullness, and has a positive effect on the intestines, improving peristalsis and promoting the elimination of toxins. In addition, they contain a large amount of vitamins, including vitamin C, which activates fat metabolism.

Key points of the Lemon Diet:

  • every morning drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach with freshly squeezed lemon juice diluted in it. You should start with a few drops of juice, then gradually increasing its content;
  • drink at least 2 liters of pure non-carbonated water during the day, always with the addition of lemon juice;
