Dr. Mitchell's diet
The diet of American nutritionist Dr. Mitchell is based on the daily consumption of fat-burning soup. Thanks to this dish and adherence to a low-calorie menu, the author promises a quick weight loss without harm to health.
Dr. Mitchell's Diet Rules:
- soup is allowed to eat in unlimited quantities;
- soup must be prepared daily, it is unacceptable to stock it up for future use for several days;
- if the diet is violated, you need to resume it from the first day;
- if the plumb line in the first week was 7 kg or more, you should not immediately repeat the diet, you should wait a few days.
Dr. Mitchell's Fat Burning Soup is rich in fiber, vitamins and amino acids. It is prepared according to the following recipe:
- carrots - 500 g;
- celery root - 200 g (1 pc.);
- onions - 6 pcs.;
- green string beans - 500 g;
- cabbage - medium head;
- green bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- fresh or canned tomatoes, pureed or whole in their own juice - 800 g;
- low-fat beef broth - 800 ml.
Vegetables should be finely chopped and covered with broth. If the broth does not cover them, add water. The soup is brought to a boil and boiled for 10 minutes over high heat. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking until the vegetables are cooked. Finely chopped greens are added to the finished soup, and salt if desired.
