Anita Tsoi's diet, or "Golden ten"

This food system was developed specifically for the popular singer by the Moscow nutritionist Margarita Kovaleva. According to Anita, with the help of this diet she managed to get rid of 50 kg of excess weight.

The "Golden Ten" represents 10 strict short-term diets in a row:

  • first day - cucumber diet;
  • second, third and fourth days - grapefruit diet;
  • the fifth and eighth days - the cucumber and egg diet;
  • the sixth day - a diet on oatmeal and vegetables;
  • the seventh day - a diet on oatmeal, vegetables, meat, fish;
  • the ninth day - diet on buckwheat porridge and vegetables;
  • tenth day - diet on eggs, fish, vegetables.

There are two special recipes:

  • cucumber-kefir cocktail - grate cucumbers and pour in kefir, add parsley and grind everything in a blender;
  • cucumber and egg salad - chop hard-boiled eggs and combine with diced cucumbers.

Anita Tsoi's diet rules:

  • meat and fish are cooked in gentle ways - steamed, in the oven. Can be stewed without oil, salt and spices;
  • last meal no later than 20.00;
  • you need to drink 2.5 liters of clean non-carbonated water per day;
  • moderate physical activity two to three times a week.

To consolidate the achieved result, you can repeat the diet, starting from the seventh day.

Advantages of the Anita Tsoi diet

For three cycles of Anita Tsoi's diet, you can get rid of 10-15 kg.

Changing strict diets is much easier to tolerate than a monotonous ten-day diet.

The products are selected in such a way that the necessary substances enter the body in the proper amount, so there are usually no health problems with this diet.

The diet consists of affordable and inexpensive foods, it is not difficult to follow the diet.

Disadvantages and contraindications of Anita Tsoi's diet

Severe dietary restrictions can lead to a temporary deterioration in well-being, especially at the beginning of the diet: to headaches, increased fatigue, a drop in vitality, apathy and problems with sleep. As a rule, within a few days the body adapts and the unpleasant phenomena disappear.

Anita Tsoi's diet is contraindicated in chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

What foods are allowed?

Cucumber Diet Products:

  • 500 g of cucumbers;
  • 500 ml of kefir 1% fat;
  • parsley.

Grapefruit Diet Products:

  • 5 hard boiled eggs (only whites are used);
  • 5 grapefruits.

Products of the cucumber and egg diet:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs;
  • 1.5 kg of cucumbers.

Sixth day diet:

  • oatmeal on the water;
  • apple, pear, orange;
  • carrots and beets;
  • yogurt.

Diet of the seventh day:

  • oatmeal on the water;
  • vegetables;
  • apples, pears, oranges, pomegranates, kiwi (optional);
  • 150 g lean meat;
  • 150 g of fish (cod or pollock).

Diet for the ninth day:

  • buckwheat;
  • bulb;
  • carrot;
  • celery;
  • cucumbers.

Diet of the tenth day:

  • 1 egg yolk and 2 whites;
  • Apple;
  • potatoes, red peppers, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes;
  • a fish.

What foods are prohibited?

All foods that are not included in the list of allowed for a particular day of the diet are prohibited.

Anita Tsoi's 10-day diet menu:

First day 6 servings of cucumber-kefir cocktail during the day. Second, third and fourth days

On an empty stomach - lemon water (1 tsp. Lemon juice per 200 ml of water).

After 15 minutes - boiled egg white.

An hour later - grapefruit.

After 1.5 hours - boiled egg white.

After 1.5 hours - grapefruit.

Alternate between egg whites and grapefruit throughout the day.

The fifth day 6 servings of cucumber and egg salad throughout the day. Sixth day

8.00 - oatmeal with the addition of an apple wedge and 1 tsp. honey.

10.00 - hard boiled egg.

12.00 - grated raw carrots seasoned with a small amount of vegetable oil.

14.00 - yogurt.

16.00 - pear.

18.00 - grated raw beets seasoned with a small amount of vegetable oil.

20.00 - orange.

Seventh day

8.00 - oatmeal with the addition of an apple wedge and 1 tsp. honey.

10.00 - raw carrots or fruit from the allowed ones.

12.00 - raw carrots or fruit.

14.00 - meat with vegetables.

16.00 - raw carrots or fruit.

18.00 - fish with vegetables.

Eighth day 6 servings of cucumber and egg salad throughout the day. Ninth day

9.00 - buckwheat porridge, grated carrots with celery and onion, seasoned with lemon juice.

11.00 - 200 g of cucumbers.

Then every two hours they alternate porridge with vegetables and cucumbers.

Tenth day

9.00 - omelet from 2 proteins and yolk.

11.00 - apple.

13.00 - fish, cucumber and tomato salad.

16.00 - red pepper baked with onions.

18.00 - jacket potatoes with herbs.

Useful Tips

Advice 1. With a strong feeling of hunger during a grapefruit diet, it is allowed to drink a glass of low-fat kefir or water with the addition of 1 tsp. honey.

Tip 2. For many people it is difficult to drink 2.5 liters of water a day. This amount can be reduced, but it is necessary to monitor the color of the urine: it should be light. A rich color indicates the need to drink more water.
