Aqua-Rinosol is a topical drug that facilitates nasal breathing, restores the patency of the nasal passages by moisturizing the nasal mucosa, thinning mucus and softening dry crusts in the nose.
Release form and composition
The dosage form is a spray for nasal use of 0.65% and 0.9% (20 ml each in vials equipped with a spray nozzle, in a cardboard box 1 bottle).
1 ml of spray Aqua-Rinosol contains:
- Active ingredient: sodium chloride - 6.5 or 9 mg;
- Auxiliary components: purified water, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, benzalkonium chloride.
Indications for use
- Rhinitis of various etiology (in complex treatment);
- Sinusitis;
- Conditions after surgery on the nasal cavity.
Contraindications
Aqua-Rinosol is contraindicated in children under 2 years of age and in all patients if they have hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
Method of administration and dosage
The drug is intended for intranasal administration.
For hygienic care and as part of the complex therapy of rhinitis, 2 injections are prescribed in each nasal passage 3-4 times a day. If necessary, use Aqua-Rinosol more often.
2-3 minutes after the instillation of the drug, the nasal passages should be cleaned with a cotton swab or handkerchief.
The duration of prophylactic and therapeutic use, depending on the indications, is 2-4 weeks.

Drug interactions
