Honey diet
The honey diet differs from most nutritional systems for weight loss: it allows you to quickly get rid of extra pounds, while giving up sweets is not required, although only honey is allowed from sweets. Such a diet is a real find for those with a sweet tooth who find it difficult to follow other diets.
Honey has many advantages over sugar. It normalizes the work of the pancreas, which has a beneficial effect on metabolism, preventing fat deposition. Regular consumption of honey reduces the level of "bad" cholesterol in the blood.
There are several options for the honey diet, the most popular of which are for 6 and 12 days. The main principle is to exclude foods that contain starch from the diet, since the combined use of honey and starchy foods reduces the nutritional value of honey. On a honey diet, preference is given to dairy and sour milk products, vegetables and fruits.
The correct way out of the diet is important to maintain weight. In the first weeks after it, you should adhere to a low-calorie diet, gradually introduce vegetable soups, meat and fish broths, lean meat and eggs.

- bran bread, oatmeal, muesli, durum wheat pasta, brown rice;
- nuts, dried apricots, prunes;
- apples, pears, oranges, seasonal berries;
- chicken breast, veal, lean fish;
- freshly squeezed apple, orange, tomato juice;
- honey.
Salt is acceptable in small quantities, it is better to undersalt dishes.
