- lean meat, chicken, lean ham and fish, canned fish in its own juice, eggs;
- low-fat yogurt, kefir, low-fat cheese;
- rye bread, crackers;
- oatmeal, muesli;
- vegetables with a low starch content, greens;
- grapefruits, oranges, apples;
- raisins, nuts (except peanuts).
Tea and black coffee are allowed. Once a day, you can add 1 tsp to tea. honey.
What foods are prohibited?
All foods other than those listed above are prohibited, including sugar. You should also completely abandon the salt or keep it to a minimum.

Tip 1. If you want to improve the result, you can spend another week cycle after completing the diet. Thus, the diet will last 14 days.
