Release form and composition
The supplement is produced in the form of capsules weighing 500 mg (10 pcs. In blisters, in a cardboard box of 3 or 9 blisters and instructions for the use of Retinorm).
In a daily dose (3 capsules), the content of active ingredients is:
- zeaxanthin - 2 mg;
- lutein - 10 mg;
- vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - 500 mg;

- zinc (in the form of zinc aspartate, zinc lactate, zinc citrate or zinc oxide) - 25 mg;

Retinorm is a biologically active food supplement, its combined composition compensates for the deficiency of nutrients that are not synthesized in the body. The active components of the dietary supplement help to normalize metabolic processes in the tissues of the eye, reduce the risk of developing age-related changes in the retina.
The protection of the eye from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation depends on the degree of density of the central part of the retina (macula or macula). Lutein and zeaxanthin (plant-derived carotenoids) have strong antioxidant properties. By accumulating in the macula, they block the action of free radicals and protect the eye from damage.
Vitamins C and E are the most common antioxidants that enhance their action when combined and protect the eye tissue from environmental stress. They have a neuroprotective effect.
