The "Saucer" diet is an example of a fractional nutrition system in which you can eat almost all foods, controlling only their quantity.

The main principle of the diet is to eat as much food at one time as fits on a saucer with a diameter of 10 cm. As a result, the volume of the stomach gradually decreases, due to which later the feeling of fullness will come after small portions of food, which means that the risk that the lost kilograms will return is reduced.

Diet rules "Saucer":

  • four meals, the last one no later than two hours before bedtime;
  • at lunchtime, one half of the saucer should be occupied by vegetables, the other by protein products;
  • several snacks are allowed per day - only fruits and / or cottage cheese (yogurt) are allowed in this capacity;
  • one meal can be replaced with a hearty 200 ml drink (milkshake, yogurt and berry smoothies, etc.);
  • products are mainly prepared by cooking, stewing or baking;
  • you need to drink about 2 liters of clean non-carbonated water a day.

Despite the fact that the "Saucer" diet does not prohibit the occasional use of high-calorie foods and even sweets, it is still recommended to minimize the proportion of unhealthy foods in the diet. It is better to eat more vegetable and fruit salads, drink more juice.

Advantages of the "Saucer" diet

For seven days of the "Dish" diet, you can get rid of 3-5 kg.

This system teaches you to eat fractionally, which is considered beneficial for the body and prevents weight gain. The absence of bans on any product helps to avoid disruptions.

Disadvantages and contraindications of the "Saucer" diet

In the early days of the Platter diet, it is difficult to get enough of small portions of food. This can cause a feeling of severe hunger, irritability, weakness. As a rule, after two to three days the body adapts and the discomfort goes away.

Losing weight is entirely responsible for the balance and usefulness of the diet; without a thoughtful approach to the composition of the diet, the diet can be harmful to health.

First day
