Oncological diseases, unfortunately, all over the world tend to grow. Therefore, the solution to this problem is very important for everyone, without exception. The world community is constantly dealing with this issue and is actively working in this direction. Evidence is provided by the development of various methods for the prevention and treatment of cancer. In practice, both medical techniques and non-traditional methods are used. One of them is the Moerman diet.

Dr. Moerman and his nutritional system

Currently, Moerman's anti-cancer diet is considered one of the most popular, and most importantly effective nutrition systems.

Dr. Moerman worked and lived in the Netherlands. All his long life - and he lived for 96 years, he fought for the lives of people suffering from cancer. Hundreds of people were saved by him. Having studied the method that Moerman used, it turned out that out of 150 patients with oncological pathology who underwent his treatment, 115 were completely cured.

Dr. Moerman's diet was not initially recognized by representatives of the medical community and was even criticized. It seemed to them that the method of preventing and treating cancer was too simple and primitive. Unfortunately, not everyone remembers that all ingenious is simple.

Moerman stubbornly went about his business, healing even the most hopeless patients, whom doctors had already refused to treat. And, in the end, he managed to get the well-deserved recognition of society. In 1987, the Moermann anti-cancer diet was officially recognized and approved by the Ministry of Health of the Netherlands as one of the methods for the prevention and treatment of malignant neoplasms. The renowned scientist, twice Nobel laureate, L. Polling also actively supported the Moermann diet as one of the unique methods of cancer treatment.

The essence of Dr. Moerman's diet

What is this method and what does it give to the human body? Dr. Moerman's diet is primarily aimed at strengthening the immune system of the human body and improving metabolism. And this is possible with regular consumption of natural products in a sufficiently large amount:

  • Cereals;
  • Natural juices;
  • Vegetables;
  • Fruit;
  • Various vitamin and mineral nutritional supplements.

With a balanced acidic environment in the body, cancer cells are unable to multiply. Therefore, they are encapsulated and completely destroyed. And healthy cells receive a sufficient amount of nutrients, as a result of which they do not degenerate into malignant ones.

The principle of building the menu

The menu for patients with cancer who adhere to the Moermann anti-cancer diet is composed approximately as follows:

  • The first breakfast consists of freshly squeezed juice from one or two oranges and one lemon. Butter and cheese sandwich. The bread should be wholemeal flour. The second breakfast option can consist of oatmeal with fruit plus green tea. The porridge should be cooked with skim milk.
  • Second breakfast consists of beet-apple juice and various fruits.
  • For lunch served skim milk with whipped egg yolks (1-2), buttermilk and 1 glass of grapefruit juice, wholemeal crackers.
  • Dinner consists of a soup made from whole peas, wholemeal bread, fruits, vegetables, buttermilk and bioyogurt, which contains only lactic acid.
  • A late dinner can be buttermilk with lemon juice, and warm skim milk is drunk at night.
