- auxiliary components: dextrose monohydrate, amorphous silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics
Liquid coal for children is a biologically active food supplement that, when taken orally, reduces the feeling of discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract (GIT); enveloping the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines, protects them from food irritation; adsorbs harmful substances and promotes their elimination from the body, stimulates intestinal motility and regenerative processes in the gastrointestinal mucosa.
Creates conditions for the growth of beneficial lacto- and bifidobacteria, restoration of intestinal microflora.
The effect of dietary supplements is due to the following properties of active ingredients:
- natural apple pectin: has a gluing effect and gives the solution a gel-like structure. When moving along the gastrointestinal tract, pectin molecules capture allergens, toxins and toxic metabolic products (including bile acids, bilirubin, histamine), breakdown products of drugs and substances foreign to the body (xenobiotics) that occur on the way, preventing their absorption into the blood. In addition, pectin combines with ions of radionuclides and heavy metals, the formed insoluble salts are not absorbed in the digestive tract. Pectin itself is practically not subject to breakdown in the stomach and digestion in the intestines. Being a sorbent, it absorbs everything in its path like a sponge and removes it from the body. Pectin envelops the walls of the stomach and intestines, excluding the possibility of mechanical damage;
- inulin: is a prebiotic that helps restore natural intestinal microflora. By accelerating the process of passage of the food bolus through the upper gastrointestinal tract, it contributes to the faster elimination of harmful substances from the body. When it reaches the lower intestines, it breaks down. Its decay products serve as a nutrient substrate for bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. The selective action characteristic of inulin makes it possible to stimulate the development of only beneficial microflora, without causing the growth of pathogenic microorganisms;
- fennel extract: has an antispasmodic and carminative effect, thereby alleviating discomfort in the abdomen.
