Release form and composition
The dosage form is an emulsion for external use: from light green to dark green with a brownish tint, or from yellow-brown to dark brown with a greenish tint, has a specific smell; precipitation may occur (in bottles / vials of 100 and 250 ml, in a cardboard box 1 bottle / vial).
Composition:
- active substance: frozen canned bile of pigs and cattle;
- auxiliary components: formalin, rectified ethyl alcohol, perfume, furacilin solution in 70% alcohol (1: 1500).

The drug has a local irritating effect.
Indications for use
The use of the drug is indicated for the treatment of arthralgias, post-traumatic myalgias (without violating the integrity of the skin).
Contraindications

- established individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Instructions for the use of canned medical bile: method and dosage
The emulsion is applied externally in the form of compresses.
A gauze napkin (4–6 layers) must be abundantly soaked in the suspension and applied to the affected area, which is then covered with wax paper, a thin layer of cotton wool and fixed with a light bandage.
The compress must be kept for a day. When dry, a gauze cloth is moistened with water at room temperature and again fixed with a bandage.
After a day, a new compress should be applied (with a new gauze pad).
The average course duration is 6-10 days.
Side effects
According to the instructions, medical bile in isolated cases can lead to skin irritation, which quickly passes after the drug is discontinued. In these cases, therapy can be resumed only after 30 days.
