Release form and composition
It is produced in the form of a syrup: a brown viscous opaque solution with a specific odor (50, 100 or 250 ml in a brown glass bottle with a plastic screw cap, 1 bottle in a cardboard box).
Composition of 100 g syrup:
- active substance: liquid extract of plantain lanceolate (1: 1) - 5 g (extractant - ethanol 20%);
- additional components: peppermint oil, honey, sugar beet syrup, water, potassium sorbate, invert sugar syrup (dextrose, sucrose, fructose).

The drug has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and mucolytic effect.
Indications for use
The phytopreparation is recommended for use for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with difficult sputum (as part of complex therapy).
Contraindications
- age up to 1 year;
- glucose-galactose malabsorption, fructose intolerance, sucrase / isomaltase deficiency;
- hypersensitivity to the constituents of the product (including bee products).

The drug is taken orally with a small amount of water.
Recommended dosage regimen depending on the patient's age:
- adults: 15 ml (1 tbsp. l.) every 2-3 hours;
- adolescents and children over 6 years old: 5 ml (1 tsp) every 2-3 hours, but not more than 4 times a day;
- children 1–6 years old: 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) every 3-4 hours, but not more than 4 times a day.
The duration of therapy is 2-3 weeks, after consultation with a doctor, it is possible to increase the duration of the course or, if necessary, to repeat it.
