Tip 1. To maintain the obtained result, you should leave the diet gradually: little by little (one or two per day) add new products to the menu, try to continue to adhere to small portions.

Tip 2. Excessive physical activity during the diet is not necessary. It should be present to such an extent that it maintains muscle tone.
