  • recipe number 5: 200 ml of boiling water pour one teaspoon of dry herb celandine and insist the remedy for an hour. The infusion must be filtered, diluted in half with water and used to rinse the nose. The procedure is carried out in the evening before bedtime. The treatment should last for two weeks. The infusion is sucked in through the nose and spit out (it is not recommended to swallow it).
