Diet "Enchantress"
The popular "Charovnitsa" diet is based on alternating protein and carbohydrate days, thus being one of the options for separate meals. The author is unknown, for the first time the diet was published in the Belarusian women's newspaper.
The “Enchantress” diet is designed for a week, but if you wish and feel good, you can extend it for one or two weeks without harming your health. Each day has a name in accordance with the permitted diet: "White Monday", "Sweet Tuesday", "Nourishing Wednesday", "Soup Thursday", "Cook Friday", "Liquid Saturday", "Salad Sunday".
Diet rules "Enchantress":
- for each day of the week there is a list of foods that can be consumed, you cannot replace them with others, it is also forbidden to change the order of days;
- the daily volume of food is divided into five to six servings; you should not reduce the number of meals (for example, eat the daily volume one or two times);
- it is necessary to observe the drinking regime - drink at least 2 liters of water per day. This is especially important on protein days.

Advantages of the "Charovnitsa" diet
For a week on the "Charovnitsa" you can lose 2-3 kg of excess weight.
The diet of the diet is balanced, varied and nutritious enough that it is easily tolerated and does not weaken the body.
The ratio of proteins and carbohydrates has been calculated, therefore, a plateau effect (long-term stopping of weight due to the adaptation of the body to a new diet) is less likely.
Disadvantages and contraindications of the "Charovnitsa" diet
The "Charovnitsa" diet is contraindicated for people with diabetes. If they do want to stick to it, they should replace Sweet Tuesday with any other day's diet. In the presence of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is necessary to consult a doctor before switching to a diet.
What foods are allowed?
Depending on the day of the week, the following are allowed:
- natural dairy and fermented milk products of low fat content without additives and fillers (milk, kefir, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese, cheese);
- eggs;
- Fish and seafood;
- lean meat, poultry;
- cereals;
- fruits, berries, fresh and dried (dried fruits);
- vegetables;
- Soy meat;
- olive oil, soy sauce (in small quantities for salad dressing);
- honey, homemade jam, dark chocolate;
- natural fruit or berry juice, unsweetened drinks (black and green tea, coffee, etc.).
What foods are prohibited?
All products not included in the approved list are prohibited, including:
- salt;
- sugar and sweeteners;
- canned food;
- bread, pastries;
- carbonated drinks;
- alcohol.

Useful Tips
Tip 1. Moderate physical activity improves performance and discipline, helping to maintain a diet.
Tip 2. To prevent food from appearing bland, it is worth using herbs - in moderation, taking into account their ability to stimulate the appetite.
Tip 3. To reduce the daily calorie content, on "Sweet Tuesday" instead of honey or jam, you can use jelly from gelatin, sweet fruits and fruit juice.
