What foods are allowed?
On a three-day banana milk diet, eat five bananas and drink three glasses of low-fat milk (up to 2.5%) every day. These products can be consumed both individually and as a cocktail. It is allowed to replace milk with 1% kefir.
The daily diet of the 7-day diet consists of 1.5 kg of peeled bananas and green tea. On the sixth and seventh days, you can eat one egg at a time, but only when an irresistible feeling of hunger appears.
Non-carbonated water, pure and mineral, is also allowed.
