Pharmacological properties of Sinokrom
This drug belongs to a group of drugs that replace synovial fluid in the joints. In essence, it is a chondroprotector, that is, a tool that lubricates the cartilage of the joint, and thereby improves mobility, relieves the feeling of stiffness and soreness in the affected joints during movement.
Sinokrom contains an active ingredient - sodium hyaluronate. It is a large-molecular polysaccharide, viscoelastic in terms of its physicochemical properties, and the instructions for Sinokrom recommend using it as an implant for insertion into the synovial space of the affected joints.
The drug lubricates and absorbs the damaged surface of the cartilage, preventing its abrasion and thinning, thereby breaking the pathological chain of arthrosis development. This medicine improves the condition of the tissues of the affected joints, stimulates its cartilage tissue to form synovial fluid and its own hyaluronate, thus restoring the disturbed balance. Release form
The drug is made in the form of 1% and 2% solutions, releasing them in disposable syringes. Like its analogues, Sinokrom is a pyrogen-free, isotonic, sterile solution. For the treatment of large joints (knee, hip), syringes with a volume of 2 ml are produced, 1 ml of solution is enough for small joints (metatarsal, elbow, facet), therefore it is more profitable and more convenient to use the analogue of Synokrom mini.
