Ostrum is a biologically active food additive (BAA), an additional source of magnesium, flavonol glycosides, folic acid, calcium pantothenate, choline, pyridoxine, cyanocobalamin; a specially formulated complex of vitamins to improve memory and improve concentration.

Pharmacological properties
Ostrum is a biologically active food supplement, the complex composition of vitamins, minerals and useful nutrients of which is aimed at increasing the number of efficiently working brain cells, enhancing mental activity.
The properties of the components of the supplement that provide the intensification of brain activity:
- choline bitartrate: an additional intake of choline in the body, increases the amount of substrate for the synthesis of acetylcholine - the most important neurotransmitter that transmits nerve impulses to brain cells. Deficiency of vitamin B 4 causes the development of dysfunctions of the brain and nervous system, memory impairment;
- magnesium orotate (orotic acid): stimulates the synthesis of adenosine triphosphoric acid, has antihypoxic and membrane stabilizing effects. Possesses metabolic activity, protects brain cells from aging;
- pantothenic acid: an important component for the construction, functioning and development of cells in the central nervous system;
- pyridoxine: is a component of enzymes that control the conversion of amino acids, regulates the metabolism of biogenic amines such as dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid. The active form of vitamin B 6 is involved in the biochemical conversion of tryptophan, which is necessary for the synthesis of serotonin.
