The actions of the drug due to its constituent components:

- suppression of certain mediators of pain and inflammation (serotonin, bradykinin, histamine), lysosomal enzymes and free radicals that cause collagen fiber degeneration and inflammation;
- increased return of venous blood to the right heart (due to the presence of heptaminol hydrochloride in the preparation).
Indications for use
- hemorrhoids;
