Bronhalis-Hel is a homeopathic medicine with anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antispasmodic and antitussive action.

Release form and composition

Bronhalis-Hel is available in the form of homeopathic sublingual tablets: flat-cylindrical, round, with a bevel, white or yellowish-white color, inclusions of grayish or yellowish color are allowed; with a faint smell of creosote, which disappears during storage (50 pieces in polypropylene cases, one case in a cardboard box).

Composition of 1 tablet:

• active ingredients: Atropa bella-donna (Belladonna) D4 - 30 mg, Kalium stibyltartaricum (Tartarus stibiatus) D4 - 30 mg, Cephaelis ipecacuanha (Ipecacuanha) D4 - 30 mg, Lobaria pulmonaris (Sticta) D4 - 30 mg, Lobelia inflata D4 30 mg, Kreosotum D5 - 30 mg, Hyoscyamus niger D4 - 60 mg, Bryonia D4 - 60 mg;

Pharmacological properties

The combined action of the active components of the drug promotes easier expectoration of sputum and reduces the frequency and severity of coughing attacks. The active ingredients of Bronhalis-Hel have the following properties:

• belladonna (Atropa belladonna): has an anti-inflammatory effect and is effective in the initial stages of diseases of the respiratory system, especially accompanied by dryness and inflammation of the mucous membranes, a burning sensation and tickling in the throat, deterioration of well-being when inhaling cold air, dry barking cough, during which the patient often wants swallow;
• bryonia cretica (Bryonia cretica): relieves attacks of dry, hard cough, in which sputum does not form or is formed in small quantities, and when breathing, there is a stabbing pain in the pleura;
• potassium and antimony tartrate (Kalium stibyltartaricum): facilitates the production of mucus during sore throat and bronchial tubes and difficult sputum discharge, which helps to reduce the severity of chest pain and shortness of breath;
• black henbane (Hyoscyamus niger): improves well-being in patients with bronchitis, complaining of severe weakness, deterioration when going to the supine position, feeling of dry throat, nocturnal coughing fits;
• Ipecacuanha (Cephaelis ipecacuanha): characterized by a pronounced expectorant effect, prevents the abundant accumulation of mucus in the respiratory tract, reduces the risk of suffocation, eliminates a convulsive suffocating cough, provoking a gag reflex;

According to the instructions, Bronhalis-Hel is used as an expectorant for inflammatory and obstructive respiratory diseases (tracheitis, chronic bronchitis, smoker's catarrh).

Contraindications

Bronhalis-Hel is contraindicated in children under 3 years of age and in patients with increased individual sensitivity to any of the components of the drug.

Instructions for the use of Bronhalis-Hel: method and dosage

Bronhalis-Hel is taken 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals. The tablet should be sucked under the tongue until it is completely dissolved.

Recommended dosage regimen: 1 tablet three times a day. In case of exacerbations, you can take the drug every 15 minutes, 1 tablet, but for no more than 2 hours.
