AndroDoz is a biologically active food additive (BAA), which is a source of amino acids and vitamin-mineral complexes, used to maintain the function of the male genitourinary system and reduce the risk of prostate diseases.
Release form and composition
Dosage form - capsules of 410 mg (20 pcs. In blisters, 3 blisters in a cardboard box).
Ingredients: coenzyme Q10, carnitine, carnosine, arginine, vitamins A and E, licorice extract, selenmethionine, zinc lactate, lactose.
Biologically active substances in 1 capsule, not less:
- arginine - 180 mg;
- carnitine - 60 mg;
- carnosine - 23 mg;
- coenzyme Q10 - 2.5 mg;
- glycyrrhizic acid - 1.5 mg;
- zinc - 1.2 mg;
- vitamin E - 0.8 mg;
- vitamin A - 0.09 mg;
- selenium - 0.0085 mg.
Component properties
- L-arginine is a biologically active isomer of the conditionally essential amino acid arginine: it has a beneficial effect on the health of the prostate gland, actively participates in the regulation of male sexual function, maintains good blood flow in the male genital organs, helps to normalize erection, increases the production and quality of sperm;
- L-carnitine - a natural vitamin-like substance (vitamin B 11): suppresses oxidative stress, which is related to the development of idiopathic male infertility, increases sperm production and improves sperm motility;
- L-carnosine is a powerful water-soluble antioxidant: enhances the effect of fat-soluble antioxidants (for example, α-tocopherol), neutralizes heavy metals, prevents poisoning of the body by toxins, protects the reproductive system from harmful effects, improves sperm motility, stimulates spermatogenesis;
- coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is an important element in the synthesis of biochemical energy carriers: it has an antioxidant effect, restores the activity of other antioxidants, in particular vitamin E (α-tocopherol), increases endurance, especially during high physical exertion, increases the production and improves sperm motility;
- glycyrrhizic acid: has a mucolytic effect, stimulates the production of the hormone secretin, which promotes liquefaction of the secretions of the Brunner glands, biliary tract and pancreatic ducts, inhibits the activity of thrombin (a component of the coagulation system), including those present in semen and participating in the process of its thickening;
- zinc is a vital trace element, concentrated in almost any organs and tissues of the body, including in the prostate gland, testes and their appendages, contained in large amounts in semen: it starts and supports the production of testosterone (male sex hormone), activates spermatogenesis and glutathione peroxidase, necessary for normal maturation and motility of sperm, contributes to the regulation of the processes of coagulation and liquefaction of ejaculate, participates in the processes of cellular respiration, oxygen utilization, neutralization of free radicals, maintenance of the integrity of cell walls and reproduction of genetic material (DNA and RNA), promotes the absorption of vitamin A;
- Vitamin A (retinol) is an important link in the antioxidant system: it protects cell membranes from oxidation, improves the absorption of zinc and enhances its antioxidant effect, affects protein synthesis, supports reproductive functions and sperm motility. The simultaneous intake of zinc and vitamin A is relevant for spermatogenesis abnormalities and male infertility caused by the action of ionizing radiation, the influence of harmful production, infectious diseases;
- vitamin E (tocopherol) is an important element of the antioxidant system: it participates in the growth of new cells, is necessary for the normal functioning of the immune system, prevents damage to cell walls, increases sperm motility, reduces the severity of oxidative stress in the testicular tissue, positively affects the ability of sperm to penetrate the egg;
- selenium: participates in the entire life cycle - from conception to aging, has a powerful antioxidant effect, is part of a number of hormones and enzymes associated with almost all systems and organs of the human body, suppresses lipid oxidation processes, protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals, it is necessary for the normal functioning of the male reproductive system, protects spermatogenesis in acute and chronic intoxications;
- "Vitasil-Se (selenium) -C": is the optimal source of selenium, in its production, inactive whole yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, baker's yeast) are used, which, during fermentation, transform inorganic selenium into organically bound "Vitasil-Se (selenium) - C ", which has the greatest assimilation by the human body;
- "Puramex ZN" (zinc lactate): is the lactic acid form of zinc, which is most easily absorbed in the digestive tract;

Indications for use
AndroDose is recommended for men as a dietary supplement - a source of coenzyme Q10, carnitine, glycyrrhizic acid and carnosine, an additional source of arginine, zinc, selenium, vitamins A and E.
Contraindications
AndroDoz should not be taken in case of individual intolerance to any of its components.
Recommendations for use
AndroDoz should be taken orally with meals. The recommended daily dose is 4 capsules.
Duration of use is 1 month. If necessary, the course can be repeated after a 2-week break.
