Anidak forte is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) for local use in otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and dentistry, has a local anesthetic effect, has an antiseptic effect, and restores microcirculation.

Release form and composition

Anidak forte - NSAIDs for topical use in otorhinolaryngology and dentistry. Its active substance, benzydamine, belongs to the group of indazoles, has anti-inflammatory, local anesthetic and antiseptic effects against a wide range of microorganisms, and helps to restore microcirculation.

The mechanism of action of the drug is due to the stabilization of cell membranes and the ability of benzydamine to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins. Anidak forte has an antibacterial and specific antimicrobial effect due to the rapid penetration of microorganisms through the membranes, resulting in damage to cellular structures, disruption of lysosomes and metabolic processes of the cell.

Benzydamine is active against Candida albicans and is indicated for use in inflammatory processes in the oral cavity of an infectious etiology. By causing structural modifications of the cell wall of fungi and metabolic chains, it prevents their reproduction.

Pharmacokinetics

After spraying in the oral cavity, benzydamine is well absorbed through the mucous membranes and penetrates into inflamed tissues.

• periodontal disease, gingivitis, glossitis, stomatitis (including after radiation or chemotherapy);
• oral mucosa candidiasis (as part of combination therapy);
• calculous inflammation of the salivary glands;
• the recovery period after injuries or surgical interventions for tonsillectomy and jaw fractures;
• period after treatment or tooth extraction.
