The use of analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs is more or less associated with the risk of side effects. Side effects include possible allergic reactions, dyspeptic disorders; in rare cases - hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, methemoglobinemia. With long-term use in high doses - hepatotoxicity, pancytopenia, nephrotoxicity. The risk of liver damage increases significantly in patients who regularly consume alcohol. Equally dangerous can be the use of ethyl alcohol during treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. So, there is an increase in the negative impact of drugs of this group, including ibuprofen and acetylsalicylic acid, on the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract when combined with ethanol.

In the treatment of pain syndromes, preference is given to drugs that have high clinical efficacy with a relatively low risk of side effects. For this reason, Migrenium is the first choice for relieving headaches of various etiologies.
