The first step to freedom of movement: say stop osteoarthritis

Do you feel joint pain after work, shopping, walking outdoors or cleaning the house? Unpleasant morning stiffness of the joint or after being in a stationary position does not allow you to make the usual movement, and you feel helpless. Are you experiencing pain and crunching in the knees or hip joints that carry the greatest stress - or pain in the lumbar spine? Unfortunately, all of these symptoms can symbolize osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis is a chronic joint disease in which articular cartilage deforms and structural changes appear in the bone surrounding the joint.

Once it has arisen, osteoarthritis begins to progress further, moving to other joints and provoking new inflammatory processes.

What leads to the rapid "aging" of your joints and how to deal with it?

The main reason for the development of osteoarthritis is considered to be the presence of a discrepancy between the mechanical load on the articular surface of the cartilage and its ability to resist this load. The lack of shock absorption prevents the bones from sliding smoothly relative to each other. As a result of microtraumatization, degenerative changes develop in the cartilage. If you are already 40 years old, you are overweight, endocrine disorders, you are exposed to high loads and stress, then you, unfortunately, are at risk of developing osteoarthritis.

Since the earlier treatment is started, the longer it will be possible to prolong the activity and mobility of the joints, it is important to consult a doctor for a diagnosis when pain occurs.

For the treatment of osteoarthritis, complex therapy is used, which includes therapeutic exercises for joints, physiotherapy, diet, symptomatic pain medications and chondroprotectors.

Chondroprotectors are a class of structurally modifying drugs that protect cartilage from further damage and restore its normal structure. The drug "ARTPA" is a hondoprotector, the main task of which is to stimulate the regeneration of the cartilage tissue of the joints. "ARTPA" is a combined preparation, since it contains two active ingredients at the same time - chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride. They take part in the synthesis of connective tissue, helping to prevent the destruction of cartilage and stimulating the regeneration of joint tissue.

Osteoarthritis is a chronic disease, which is based on degenerative processes of joint destruction. In osteoarthritis, the normal supply of nutrients to the joint is disrupted. The process of changing the nutritional mechanism of the joint is quite long, a saturation period is required and therefore long-term therapy with chondroprotectors from three to six months, the so-called slow-acting drugs, is used. The ARTPA course of treatment is designed for several months and is very convenient: for the first month, 1 tablet is used twice a day, then 1 tablet a day, a stable effect is achieved with treatment up to six months.

The ARTPA course of treatment reduces pain and inflammation, reduces the use of painkillers and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or eliminates them altogether, reduces joint stiffness and improves their motor function.

The earlier, in the early stages, to start treatment, the easier it is to slow down the course and development of osteoarthritis and avoid more complex decisions.

Take care of your joints, start therapy on time! Healthy joints - ease of movement.
